1. Outline
This system is an automatic door unit for public entrance of _________ apartment complex, specially designed for convenient residential environment and protection of property and privacy. This should be aligned with the unmanned security system at the public entrance of apartment complexes and villas to which this system is adopted.
2. Features
- For common access, used in the sliding auto-door only.
- Since 3Pcs automatic door combines a common sliding auto-door and a swing door, it should not only has the sliding auto-door function, but also be capable of opening the sliding auto-door for delivery of large freight or in emergency situations(fire, blackout, emergency escape), and the manual door in a swing open manner so that the opening, which includes 900mm of the automatic door and the width of the manual door, can be utilized to the full.

본 시스템은 아파트 현장의 공동현관에 적용되는 자동문으로
보다 편리한 주거환경 및 재산권과 사생활을 보호하고자 설계된 시스템
으로서 아파트,빌라등의 공동출입구의 출입관리 시스템인 무인경비에
적용하여 제작하여야 하며 당 현장 무인경비시스템과 연동하여 작동에 무리가 없는 제품이어야 한다
2. 특 징
- 일반적인 인명 출입시 슬라이딩 자동문만 사용한다
- 3Pcs 자동문은 일반 슬라이딩 자동도어 및 스윙도어가 일체형으로 결합한 제품으로써 슬라이딩 자동도어의 기능은 물론 대형화물의
반 출입시, 또는 비상시(화재,정전등 비상탈출시)에 슬라이딩 자동문을 Open 시키고 또한 수동문도 SWING OPEN을 시켜 자동문폭 900mm와 수동문폭이 함께 OPEN 되어 개구부를 최대한 넓게 활용할수 있어야 한다

A) CONTROL BOX
- adjusts opening and closing of the door.
- adjusts the opening speed and width according to the human traffic and frequency.
- opens automatically within the designated time when there is an obstacle.
- minimizes electric power consumption by improving the pushing function when the door is closed(cutting off the power supply after the designated time)

가) CONTROL BOX
- 문을 열고 닫는 조절을 하는 장치이어야 한다.
- 사람의 통행량 통행빈도에 따라 도어의 속도 및 개폐폭을 조절할 수 있어야 한다
- 장애물이 있을 경우 일정한 시간내 자동으로 열려야 한다
- DOOR가 닫혔을 때 밀어주는 기능을 개선하여 전력소비가 극히 적어야 한다(일정시간 경과후 전원차단)

- 보전온도: -20℃～+45℃
B) MOTOR UNIT

나) MOTOR UNIT
- 문을 실질적으로 열고 닫는 기능을 수행하는 장치이어야 한다
- AC MOTOR의 단점을 보완한 강력한 DC GEARED MOTOR 방식 이어야 한다
- 사용전원: DC 24V
- 정격출력: 60W
- 개폐속도: 100mm～500mm/sec(가변)
- 구동제어: ALL 타이밍벨트,마이콤 FEED BACK 방식

C) SENSOR
- adopts the improved safety function and special sensor that can recognize stationary things for the designated time.
- senses human traffic and opens the auto-door.
- adopts a special infrared light sensor that minimizes errors and is hardly affected by temperature, light intensity, and humidity.
- does not work when foreign substances such as newspaper are put under the door.

D) MAGNETIC DOOR LOCK
- restricts visitors' access by keeping the auto-door closed, and opens it upon receiving an order.
- In emergency situations which involve power-off, the lock should be released automatically.

다) SENSOR
- 안전기능을 보완한 제품으로서 일정시간 정지되어 있는 사물을 감지할수 있는 한정감지 방식이어야 한다
- 사람의 출입시 접근을 감지하여 자동문을 열어주는 감지기이어야 한다
- 온도, 조도, 습도 변화에 대한 영향이 적고 ERROR가 적은 적외선 감지방식의 감지기이어야 한다
- 도어밑으로 신문지나 기타 이물질을 투입하였을시 작동하지않아야한다
- 사용전원: AC 12V～AC 100V, DC 12V～DC 100V
- 전원 출력표시:통전시 소등, 동작시 점등
- 보전온도: -30℃～+60℃
라) MAGNETIC DOOR LOCK
- 자동문을 평상시에 잠김 상태를 유지하여 외부인의 출입을 통제하는 장치이며 개방 명령 신호에 의하여 잠김상태를 해제한후 자동문은 열리고 닫혀야 한다
-비상으로 인한 전원차단시 잠김 상태가 자동으로 풀려야 한다

E) BELT
- adopts the total timing belt type to prevent skidding.
- maintains at least 10mm width to secure enough strength.
F) FRAME
- FRAME and ENGINE BOX are processed with 1.2T stainless still bending/welding to secure excellent heat and corrosion resistance.
- reinforced with 1.2T EGI steel sheets inside to secure firm anchoring.
- designed to minimize resonance when the automatic door is sliding.
- involves a phone box in the middle of the FIX window to install a lobby phone.

마) BELT
- 미끄러짐을 방지하기 위하여 전체 타이밍 벨트 방식이어야 한다
- 견고함을 위하여 폭은 10mm이상이어야 한다
바) FRAME
- FRAME 및 ENGINE BOX는 1.2T 스텐레스로 절곡 용접 제작하여 내연성 및 내식성이 뛰어나야 한다
- FRAME 내부에는 1.2T EGI강판을 보강하여 완벽하게 결합하여야 한다
- 자동문 주행시 발생할 수 있는 공명음을 최대한 차단하게 제작되어야 한다
- FIX 창 중간에 로비폰을 설치할수 있게 폰박스를 설치한다
(규격은 로비폰 제작사의 도면을 참조한다)
- 기본 제작사이즈: W2600mm X H2300mm
- 재질: 125x45 1.2T 헤어라인 STAINLESS
- 내력: 25～35kg
- 인장강도: 55～60㎟
- 연신율: 50～65%
G) DOOR (Reinforced DOOR TYPE)
- SLIDING DOOR and SWING DOOR should 12mm reinforced transparent doors.
- SLIDING DOOR should secure smooth sliding.
- SWING DOOR should be capable of swing open when necessary(to widely open the door for such occasions as moving in and out).
The upper frame should be at least 75mm and remain even with the automatic door H bar.
- FIX glass should be 8mm reinforced glass.
- Every glass should be transparent.
- Basic Size: automatic door 945mm X 2100mm
- Two hanger roller should be installed for each door respectively.
- ANCHOR should be installed for framing, five for each, to secure firm anchoring.
사) DOOR (강화 DOOR TYPE)
- SLIDING DOOR 및 SWING DOOR는 12mm 투명강화도어로 제작하여야 한다
- SLIDING DOOR는 작동시 동작이 부드러워야 한다
- SWING DOOR는 필요시 (이사 등으로 문을 넓게 사용할 필요가 있을 경우) SWING OPEN 할 수 있게 제작되어야한다
상부 프레임은 75mm로 제작하여 문이 닫혀있을 때 자동문 H바와 일직선의 수평이 맞아야한다
- FIX 유리는 8mm강화유리로 설치한다
- 모든 유리 색상은 투명유리를 적용한다
- 기본제작사이즈: 자동문 945mmX2100mm
- 행거로라는 문짝당 2개소씩 설치 한다
- 프레임을 설치하기위한 ANCHOR는 5개소 이상 설치하여 견고하게 고정 하여야 한다
5. Warranty
-Warranty is valid for two years from the completion date. Warranty Bond is issued.
- The deposit amounts 5% of the established price.
- Application for customer service is taken care of within one day.
5. 하자보수기간
-하자기간은 공사완료일로부터 2년간 체결하며 하자이행증권으로 대체한다
- 보증금은 계약금액의 5%로 산정한다
- A/S접수시 접수일로부터 1일이내로 처리하도록 한다
